Verint Nextiva has built-in investigation management software for collecting case-related audio, video, and data from Nextiva and external security systems in a searchable database for faster, easier, and more productive investigations. The Nextiva Investigation Management interface includes step-by-step assistance for new investigations. This wizard helps authorised personnel with basic computer skills create powerful multimedia folders - searchable databases of case-related video and other data. Once created, investigations can be edited, augmented with additional video and reports, and searched for commonalities and easy reference. Investigation files may be saved indefinitely, flagged for confidentiality, and audit trailed by authorised personnel.
