Dallmeier, the leading global supplier of network-based video surveillance systems for casinos, has been dealing with the development and production of high-quality comprehensive solutions for the CCTV/IP area for over 20 years.  With recorders, video analysis systems and system software, Dallmeier offers complete and comprehensive systems.

Adhering to the motto "CCTV/IP security solutions for casinos: diversity and integration", Dallmeier will show its complete product range.  A particular highlight will be the Dallmeier CasinoCams® with innovative Cam_inPIX® technology as well as the new Video Management Centre.

This year's highlights:

Dallmeier CasinoCams®  with Cam_inPIX® technology
With the CasinoCams®, Dallmeier has developed cameras that are designed to meet the specific requirements of casinos.  Specially developed presets ensure that Dallmeier CasinoCams® deliver top quality pictures, even in difficult casino conditions.  The Dallmeier presets, combined with our user-friendly menu controls, guarantee that cameras can be installed easily, quickly and cost-effectively in any surveillance situation.

The CasinoCams® are also available in a compact design and can be ideally integrated into the building's design due to different housing colours, without standing out.  They also have the advantage of not giving guests and visitors a feeling of constant surveillance, while providing colour-true and detailed pictures thanks to the Cam_inPIX® technology.

Dallmeier will participate at the International Casino Exhibition 2008.With Cam_inPIX®, Dallmeier is setting new standards in the field of video camera technology for security applications.  The innovative sensor concept of Cam_inPIX® technology is based on the most up-to-date Digital Pixel System® (DPS) platform.  With this technology, the picture information of each individual pixel is converted digitally at the point of capture and processed in the most optimal way.  Therefore, even situations with a great range in contrast can be recorded and documented in picture qualities previously unseen.

Dallmeier Video Management Centre (VMC)

With the new Video Management Centre, Dallmeier is revolutionising the market for video management hardware.  In close cooperation with experienced users from the security industry and as a result of practice-oriented product research, a top-class Video Management Centre has been developed which by far surpasses the performance of standard, industrially-manufactured keyboards.

The Video Management Centre is modular and thus flexible in its structure.  The individual components, whether it's the keypad, the joystick or the Jog-Shuttle, may be positioned according to individual preferences and are therefore equally well-suited for both left- and right-handers.  It is the user's choice to decide which hand he or she wishes to use for operating which component.  Moreover it is also possible to use the individual components as freely programmable stand-alone devices.  The positioning of the control keys directly around the joystick or the Jog-Shuttle respectively is particularly user-friendly because the groups of keys almost automatically guide the fingers during operation.

Also, the Dallmeier Video Management Centre VMC, as the first of its kind, features an interactive 6" LCD TFT monitor (640 x 480 pixels) which allows for the display of live pictures as well as recorded footage. Sophisticated ergonomics and a classic, timeless design allow for durable and efficient operation.  Product designers analysed the typical motion patterns of security operators during months of field tests.  The lessons learned were then directly incorporated in the development of the product, from which a man-machine interface was developed which guarantees the highest possible user-friendliness.
