Product Profile

SilverNet have developed the 11n MAX300 outdoor wireless bridge with built in Dual 23dBi antenna, which is capable of providing up to 240Mbps of throughput across long range, taking wireless technology to a whole new level.
The CCTV market is taking an evolutionary step forward with the inception of Megapixel cameras, perceived by many as the future of the CCTV market.
High-definition (HD) or multi-megapixel (MP) IP cameras are now available that offer a huge jump in image quality compared to conventional surveillance cameras. Available in resolutions up to 16 megapixels, that contains over 50 times more detail than images captured with conventional surveillance systems.
Megapixel cameras can use an actual throughput of up to 60Mbps real-time. The 11n MAX300 as an actual data rate of 240Mbps and operates in the 5Ghz RF band with less interference.
The 11n MAX300 has WEP, WPA and WPA2 encryption and has a built in Dual 23dBi antenna. Enhanced features, including XSPAN, spatial multiplexing, real-time compression and packet bursting, gives the STREAM-MAX300 unparalleled data throughput capabilities.
Solution example:
Three remote Megapixel cameras, each being 2km away from the control room. The control room has a wireless radio with a splitter and three antennas aiming at the three remote points. Each remote camera sends video via the 11n MAX300 to a separate antenna. The control room can view clear, controllable, recordable, live video.
