MICRO 5000 is a powerful digital video encoder/decoder system for digital telecommunications networks. The standard encoder and decoder operate over an integrated E1 interface at 2 Mb/s. The video-encoding algorithm is compliant with H.261, allowing transmission of high-quality camera signals. MICRO 5000 offers a 4-channel video input selector, one RS-232 channel, and four TTL channels adaptable for remote input selection. MICRO 5000 is ideal for long-range highway, city centre or railway surveillance applications.

The Compact 5000 i3 digital ISDN video codec is a powerful tool for video surveillance or video conferencing via standard telecom networks. It offers high resolution, full-motion video pictures via three standard ISDN connections.
